Materials

  • 3-4 nos Peach (whole)
  • ⅔-1 cup Water (cold) use as required
  • 1-2 tablespoon Sugar use as required
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 2-3 nos Ice cubes optional

Instructions

  • Wash and dry the peaches thoroughly. With a sharp knife, slice them in half and remove the pits.
  • Carefully cut away any bruised or discolored areas and cut the peaches into slices.
  • Place the slices in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • At this stage, the peach pulp is prepared and has a rich, thick consistency.
  • If you prefer a smoother peach juice, strain the nectar through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl or pitcher.
  • After that transfer the peach pulp to a bowl, add sugar and the required amount of water, and mix well until it reaches the desired juice consistency.
  • Now add lemon juice and combine well.
