How to Make Watermelon Cucumber Mint Juice

Learn to make watermelon cucumber mint juice recipe by following the step-by-step instructions given below.

First, cut the watermelon into rings and remove the rind. Then cut into pieces. You can also cut the fruit in the way you prefer.

Do not forget to remove the seeds from the fruit!

Now peel the skin of the cucumber and cut into pieces.

Take the blender jar and add watermelon chunks and cucumber pieces. Blend until smooth.

Add mint leaves in the serving glass and muddle them using a muddler.

Now pour the juice in the glass, add lemon juice and combine well.

Add ice cubes and more mint leaves for garnishing.

Ice is also optional as many people avoid ice in their juice for various reasons.

Instead of adding ice you can keep the ingredients in the refrigerator, and this will make the juice cold enough.

Making of juice

I have not added any extra water in this juice.

Watermelon naturally lends sweetness to this drink, but if you find that the watermelon isn't sweet enough, you can always add sugar or honey for the sweetness. But it's always preferable to avoid sugar.

Variations

You can also make watermelon cucumber ginger juice by adding ginger in the drink.

Serving Suggestions

FAQ

How to buy a watermelon?

Always choose a heavy watermelon, which indicates more water content, i.e., juicy in nature. Select the watermelon that has yellow spot, as it spent more time in the field and turned out sweeter. If you tap the watermelon from the top and hear a deep sound, it indicates ripe watermelon. Always choose watermelons that are firm, symmetrical, and free of bruises, dents, or cuts.
