- 6-7 nos Strawberry cut into halves
- 1 no Kiwi peeled and cut into cubes
- 1 cup Black Grapes
- ¼ cup Pomegranate Pearls
- ½ cup Apple cut into cubes
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- ¼ teaspoon Black Salt
- 1½ teaspoon Olive Oil
Rinse the fruits very well before you start making the salad.
Remove the strawberry stems. Now, cut the smaller strawberries in half and the larger strawberries in four pieces.
Peel the kiwi and cut it into cubes and cut apple into cubes.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl add lemon juice and olive oil and mix well.
Now take all the cut fruits in a salad bowl and add the lemon-olive oil dressing.
Sprinkle black salt. Toss well and serve the freshly prepared salad.
