- 2½ cups Milk approx. 500 ml
- 2 tablespoon Custard Powder
- 4-5 tablespoon Sugar
- 1½ cups Assorted Fruits, chopped banana, apple, pomegranate
- 2 tablespoon Assorted Dry Fruits & Nuts, finely chopped dates, raisin, cashew nuts
Heat milk in a heavy bottom pot. Add sugar and stir until it dissolves.
Meanwhile take custard powder in a small bowl and add 1/2 cup of warm milk (take from the pot which you are heating) into it. Mix well there should not be any lumps.
Once the milk in the pot starts boiling, lower the temperature and add the custard milk paste slowly to the boiling milk.
Keep stirring and cook for 2-3 minutes until the custard thickens.
After that switch off the flame and allow the custard to cool.
Once it comes to room temperature you can place in the refrigerator to chill.
Now take dessert bowls and add chopped fruits in each bowl.
Take out the custard from refrigerator, stir it and pour in each bowl.
Garnish with chopped nuts and dry fruits before serving.
