Heat oil and lightly sauté paneer strips with a pinch of salt. Once done, keep them aside.
Now, add the bay leaf and cumin seeds to the remaining oil and allow them to sputter.
Next add sliced onions and sauté for few minutes.
After that add ginger and garlic paste and combine well.
Add all the spice powders including salt, turmeric, red chilli, cumin and coriander powder. Mix well.
Add the green chilli and bell pepper slices now and cook for a few minutes.
Next add sliced tomatoes and cook until the raw smell is gone.
Finally, add sautéed paneer strips and combine well.
Switch off the flame and add chopped coriander and julienned ginger on top.
