Materials

  • 200 gms Paneer cut into 1.5-inch strips
  • ½ cup Red Bell Pepper sliced
  • ½ cup Yellow Bell Pepper sliced
  • ½ cup Green Bell Pepper sliced
  • 2 no Onion, big sliced
  • 2 inch Ginger cut into julienne
  • 1 no Tomato sliced
  • 4 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Paste
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoon Freshly chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 nos Green Chilli

Instructions

  • Heat oil and lightly sauté paneer strips with a pinch of salt. Once done, keep them aside.
  • Now, add the bay leaf and cumin seeds to the remaining oil and allow them to sputter.
  • Next add sliced onions and sauté for few minutes.
  • After that add ginger and garlic paste and combine well.
  • Add all the spice powders including salt, turmeric, red chilli, cumin and coriander powder. Mix well.
  • Add the green chilli and bell pepper slices now and cook for a few minutes.
  • Next add sliced tomatoes and cook until the raw smell is gone.
  • Finally, add sautéed paneer strips and combine well.
  • Switch off the flame and add chopped coriander and julienned ginger on top.
