Clean, wash and pat dry the chicken breasts.
Marinate the chicken breasts with salt, oregano, red chilli powder, freshly ground black pepper powder, lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
Heat a grill pan and brush with olive oil. Grill both sides of the chicken breasts. Brush with oil whenever required.
Once the chicken breasts are grilled, allow them to cool. Later shred these grilled chicken breasts.
Now to assemble the wrap, take a tortilla and spread 1 teaspoon of tomato ketchup.
Next add chopped lettuce, yellow and red bell peppers, sliced onions and sprinkle little salt on the vegetables.
At this stage also add shredded grilled chicken and finally add 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise and grated cheese.
Now fold in the ends about two inches, and then roll up the wraps.
Similarly assemble the other wraps. Once done, heat a grill pan brush with oil and grill the wraps for few minutes. Slice the wraps in halves and serve.
