Garlic Broccoli Stir Fry is an easy and tasty Chinese style stir fry recipe which makes a perfect meal under 20 minutes.

Materials

  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets
  • 10-12 no Garlic Pods chopped
  • ½ teaspoon Chilli Flakes
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon Sugar

Instructions

  • In a big pot, bring the water to a boil. Cook the broccoli florets for one minute.
  • Now drain the water and allow to cool the broccoli florets.
  • Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan and add chopped garlic into it and keep stirring.
  • Next add the blanched broccoli florets and continue stirring.
  • Add salt and chilli flakes. Combine well by tossing the broccoli over high heat.
  • Mix balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, and pinch of sugar in a bowl. Add this to the pan and keep stirring until all the liquids are evaporated.
  • Finally, switch off the gas and garlic broccoli stir fry is ready to serve.
