- 2 cups Broccoli Florets
- 10-12 no Garlic Pods chopped
- ½ teaspoon Chilli Flakes
- 2 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1½ tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- Salt to taste
- ¼ teaspoon Sugar
In a big pot, bring the water to a boil. Cook the broccoli florets for one minute.
Now drain the water and allow to cool the broccoli florets.
Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan and add chopped garlic into it and keep stirring.
Next add the blanched broccoli florets and continue stirring.
Add salt and chilli flakes. Combine well by tossing the broccoli over high heat.
Mix balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, and pinch of sugar in a bowl. Add this to the pan and keep stirring until all the liquids are evaporated.
Finally, switch off the gas and garlic broccoli stir fry is ready to serve.
