Chili Oil Ramen

- 2 packs Ramen Noodles
- 3-4 nos Garlic Cloves minced
- 1-2 teaspoon Chili Flakes adjust spice level according to taste bud
- 2 stalks Spring Onions chopped
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1-2 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- ½ teaspoon Sesame Seeds
- 3-4 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- Salt to taste
Cook the ramen noodles according to the directions on the package. Drain the water later, then set the noodles aside.
Add red chili flakes to a bowl, followed by soy sauce and vinegar. Set aside after thoroughly mixing.
Now heat oil in a non-stick pan, immediately add minced garlic and chopped spring onion and stir continuously.
Add the mixture of chili flakes, vinegar and soy sauce.
Now immediately add cooked noodles, season with salt and toss well until the noodles are properly coated.
Turn off the heat and add sesame seeds and chopped spring onion on top.
