Egg Bites in Air Fryer

Materials

  • 6 no Eggs large
  • ¼ cup Cheese grated
  • ¼ cup Spinach chopped
  • ¼ cup Red Bell Pepper chopped
  • ¼ cup Yellow Bell Pepper chopped
  • ¼ cup Onion chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
  • tablespoon Vegetable Oil

Instructions

  • Take one egg at a time and whisk it in a bowl.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add chopped onion, bell peppers and spinach as required. Combine well.
  • Next add few drops of vegetable oil and little bit of grated cheese in the mixture and mix well.
  • Grease muffin mold with oil and pour the mixture in the mold.
  • In a similar manner, make the batter for each muffin mold using the remaining eggs and other ingredients.
  • Place the muffin mold with mixture in air fryer and air fry at 375 degree F (190 degree C) for 8-12 minutes or until the eggs are puffed up and cooked.
  • Use tongs to carefully remove the muffin molds and allow them to cool before removing the molds.
  • Now egg bites are ready to serve.
