Cheese: Another key ingredient of this recipe is cheese. I have used simple cheddar cheese block for this recipe, and it is easily available in everyone's kitchen. You can experiment with two varieties of cheese. If you do not have cheese block, you can use a cheese slice as well here.

Milk: I have used full fat milk for the creaminess, you can use toned milk as well.

Others: Butter, garlic powder, black pepper powder, salt, chili flakes etc.

How to Make Cheese Maggi

Cheese Maggi is simply another version of Maggi, such as Butter Maggi, Masala Maggi, Paneer Maggi, Veg Maggi, and so on.

However, this Maggi cheese flavor is popular among many. Follow the step-by-step guide to make this cheesy Maggi.

Boil 1½ cup water, add a pinch of salt and drop the Maggi noodles into it. When the noodle is done (per the package directions), drain the water and set the noodles aside.

Boiling Maggi

Now, melt a small amount of butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the Maggi masala (taste maker), garlic powder, and black pepper powder after that. Mix thoroughly.

Pour the milk into the pan gradually and stir well. Add the grated cheese to the pan and allow it to completely melt.

Making of cheese sauce stepwise

Now add the boiled noodles to the cheese sauce in the pan. Allow to cook for a few minutes, or until the sauce completely coats the noodles.

When the milk has evaporated, turn off the heat and serve the Cheese Maggi immediately topped with grated cheese and chili flakes.

The end product is a filling and decadent dish that combines the ease of instant noodles with the rich and savory flavor of cheese.

You can vegetables like red, yellow bell peppers, broccoli etc. to make it veg cheese Maggi.

If you like spicy, then add chopped green chilis and red chilli flakes to make it chilli cheese Maggi.

You can also try cream cheese maggi!
